Delivery Policy
Upon delivery, you will be required to provide an electronic signature or sign a copy of the invoice. This signature serves as confirmation that you have received the products in full as listed on the invoice.
If you are not present at the specified address, the order may be delivered to any person available at that address, and their signature—electronic or on the invoice copy—will be considered confirmation that the customer has received the items listed in the invoice.
If the delivery attempt reaches the specified address but the order cannot be delivered, please contact customer service to arrange another delivery appointment.
The company is not responsible for any order that has not been delivered within 30 days from the order date.
